Delete your Self Mastery account
You can request deletion of your Self Mastery account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the same address used for your Self Mastery account.
- Use the subject line Delete my Self Mastery account.
- We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing the request.
What will be deleted
After the request is verified, we will delete or anonymise the account profile and associated journal entries, guided responses, emotional check-ins, progress and app data held by Self Mastery.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Temporary backup copies may remain until routine backup cycles complete.
Important: Deleting your Self Mastery account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.
